VAST problem - Creative Failed

Oct 26, 2012 at 8:31 PM

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with ads. I have a simple mast and vast files, but the preroll add doesn't start and player logs has "creative failed " in it. I'm investigating, but, I thought that some one might have this problem already and knows the solution.

Thank you in advance.

Ok, first problem solved - VideoTargetElement was not in the template. Digging further since flash ads are still not playing back.

Well, I checked the code and even that Advertising.Flash.dll exists, it is not fully implemented I guess. Also, it would be great if documentation would have information about what is supported and what is not supported and that additional tags need to be created on the page for flash player and host element etc... it would save me some time today. Oh well...
