Video not playing from test page

I am creating a Silverlight 4 out-of-browser application and I ran into a problem with the SMFPlayer. I tried the example of a progressive download player and it works great (I am using videos from the example). But when I manually go into my ".Web" project folder and launch the "TestPage.html", everything works fine except for the video. All of my other custom and third-party controls behave properly, but the video player does not. For some reason, it loads the UI of the player, but does not make http requests for the video stream. I tried to track the requests through Fiddler, and found out that no requests are made when I run the smf player from that html page. However, requests are made when I use the Visual Studio's debugger (i.e. run it from localhost).

Can someone verify this problem for me? And how would you go about fixing it?

Thank you,

It is because that approach is going across schemes the xap is coming from the file:// scheme and the video is coming from the http:// scheme and that is not allowed in the Silverlight security model.
